By using WonderLearn (www.wonderlearn.kids), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to parents or guardians (18+ years) managing accounts for children under 13.

WonderLearn provides AI-generated, multilingual children's stories with text and narration (paid tiers). Features include: • Story generation (free tier: 3 stories/month; paid tiers: unlimited). • Parent dashboards for progress tracking and child data management. • Educator tools for classroom use (Educator/Enterprise tiers).

• Eligibility: You must be 18+ and a parent/guardian to create an account. Children under 13 cannot create accounts or access the service directly. • Account Security: Keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@wonderlearn.kids. • Content Use: Stories are for personal, non-commercial use. Do not reproduce or distribute without permission. • Conduct: Do not misuse the platform (e.g., generating inappropriate content or bypassing parental controls).

• Free Tier: 3 stories/month, basic features. • Pro Family Tier: £7.29/month, unlimited stories, advanced analytics. • Educator Tier: £14.59/month, classroom tools, up to 30 students. • Enterprise Tier: £72.26/month, unlimited students, admin controls. • Billing: Managed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime via the parent dashboard. Refunds are subject to our refund policy (contact support). • Taxes: Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Additional taxes may apply based on your region.

• Our Content: Stories and narration generated by WonderLearn are owned by WonderLearn or licensed from providers (e.g., Anthropic, Microsoft). You may use them for personal purposes only. • Your Content: You retain rights to any preferences or inputs you provide (e.g., story themes). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to generate stories. • DMCA: Report copyright issues to support@wonderlearn.kids. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

We use AI filtering to ensure stories are child-appropriate (no violence, mature themes). Report inappropriate content via the platform's reporting tool. We review and address reports promptly.

• WonderLearn is provided "as is." We are not liable for: - Errors in AI-generated content or narration. - Service interruptions due to technical issues. - Data loss (though we take reasonable precautions). • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.

• By You: Delete your account via the parent dashboard. • By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, non-payment, or legal violations. You will be notified via email. • Upon termination, all child data is deleted within 30 days unless required for legal purposes.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by UK law. • Resolution: Contact us first at support@wonderlearn.kids. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration in the UK. • Complaints: File complaints with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if related to privacy.

WonderLearn is hosted in the UK. By using our services, you agree to comply with local laws. We may restrict access in certain regions (e.g., India until DPDP Act compliance in 2030) to ensure legal compliance.
